What to Expect:
At EVA Coaching Clinics, you’ll participate in on-court, classroom, and video sessions similar to our athlete training. You’ll engage daily with the course director and other coaches, sharing insights during training sessions, post-session debriefs, and in-session coach huddles.

Curriculum for Each Level of Coaching
Apprentice Coach
Inexperienced-Beginner
- Skills: Basic passing, setting, serving, and spiking techniques.
- Knowledge: Understanding court layout, basic rules, and positions.
- Fitness: Introduction to volleyball-specific conditioning exercises.
- Assessment: Demonstration of basic skills and understanding of rules.
Assistant Coach
Inexperienced-Advanced
- Skills: Improved passing and setting, basic serve reception, introduction to blocking.
- Knowledge: Deeper understanding of game rules, scoring system.
- Fitness: Increased conditioning intensity, introduction to plyometrics.

Level One Coach
Intermediate-Beginner

Level Two

Implementation Steps
- The Curriculum The EVA has developed detailed training plans for each level of training, including skills, knowledge, and fitness components.
